Hours during Spring and Fall semesters while classes are in session:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 12:00 am
Saturday - Sunday, 9:00 am to 12:00 am
- Information on all aspects of the university with specific emphasis on the Fairfax Campus
- University event information with specific emphasis on the Johnson Center
- Directions around campus; to the other campuses; and to community places
- Approve flyers for posting in the Johnson Center and Student Unions
- Lost and found
- Basic office supplies available for use (stapler, hole punch, pencil sharpener)
- Distribute markers and erasers for study rooms white boards
- Library circulation services
- Program and maintain the electronic signboard
- Handouts - testing booklets, transportation and safety, prospective and current student information
- 16 computers available for internet and email use
- Contact housekeeping and operations for building assistance
- Distribute Mason telephone directories to students
- Assist with fire drills and emergencies
