University Information maintains four information desks on the Fairfax Campus to primarily provide in-person assistance to all patrons. Each desk provides the following services, with specific services listed under each location’s information:
- Assist with fire drills and emergencies
- Contact housekeeping and facilities for building maintenance
- Directions around campus; to the other campuses; and to community places
- Handouts – information on various tests, transportation and safety, prospective and current student information, and university publications
- Information on all aspects of the university with specific emphasis on the Fairfax Campus and the specific building of that desk
- Lost and Found
